MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRY
Operations should not depend on consolidating information by hand.
We connect data, processes, and systems to reduce manual work, accelerate operating decisions, and apply AI only where it adds value.
A conceptual map. Every operation has its own sequence and constraints.
START WITH THE PROCESS
Friction often appears between one stage and the next.
These are signals we assess. They do not describe every plant or replace a diagnosis.
- 01
Planning
Demand planning · forecasting · production planning across ERP and MRP.
- 02
Procurement
Supply chain · orders · late requirements · manual follow-up.
- 03
Materials / inventory
Inventory · bill of materials or BOM · inconsistent data.
- 04
Production
Operational data · manual dependencies · changes and exceptions.
- 05
Quality and control
Traceability · reconciliations · repeated operational reporting.
- 06
Dispatch
Distributed statuses · synchronization · tracking.
SIGNALS WE OFTEN ASSESS
When information arrives late, the decision does too.
- Before deciding what to produce, someone gathers demand data from ERP, MRP, and databases.
- Forecasting takes days of data consolidation before anyone can analyze it.
- Procurement receives supply-chain information only after manual preparation.
- Inventory, stock, and materials show different versions of the same information.
- An order changes in a legacy system but does not reach the next one automatically.
- An exception forces the team to review traceability and quality by hand.
- Operational reporting exists. By the time it is ready, the situation has changed.
- One person maintains systems integration across disconnected platforms.
PROBLEM → INTERVENTION
We do not start with the tool. We start with the process.
Different frictions require different capabilities. Sometimes they work together.

SYSTEMS AND DATA
The data exists.
The process still cannot use it.
Operational data may be spread across ERP, MRP, databases, legacy systems, spreadsheets, and quality, production, or supply-chain applications.
Systems integration lets it flow. Process automation moves operations forward when it arrives.
Technology experience: SAP. It is not attributed to the documented case. Architecture is defined for each environment.
DOCUMENTED CASE · MANUFACTURING
Monthly production and purchasing forecast.
A combined intervention across process, information, and automation gathered and processed real data from multiple sources.
The autonomous system and agent gathers information, processes it, and prepares the result. The improvement is not attributed exclusively to AI.
Forecasting may combine historical data, available sources, relevant variables, suitable models, scenarios, and result review. It does not eliminate uncertainty.
Results reflect specific implementations and do not imply identical outcomes in other projects.
CAPABILITIES IN AN INDUSTRIAL CONTEXT
Industry provides the context. Technology is the tool.
Move information and tasks forward.
Consolidation, updates, alerts, monitoring, rules, validations, and exception handling.
Explore automation →Connect stages that rely on human bridges today.
ERP, proprietary systems, databases, specialized applications, files, APIs, Web Services, and legacy.
Explore integration →Interpret when a rule is not enough.
Large volumes, patterns, unstructured information, and decision support. If a rule works better, we use the rule.
Explore AI consulting →Coordinate steps with context and boundaries.
Consult sources, use tools, continue based on results, and escalate exceptions. We do not promise total autonomy.
Explore AI agents →We are addressing information processes and business operations. Not PLC, SCADA, robotics, or physical industrial control.
BEFORE REPLACING
An older system is not always the problem.
- Does it perform its function?
- Is the system the problem, or is it isolated?
- Does manual work exist because it cannot exchange information?
- Can we integrate it?
If the system works, connecting it may make more sense than replacing it.
Assess systems integrationOUTCOMES WE PURSUE
Let the team work on decisions. Not consolidation.
These are intervention goals, not universal guarantees.
- Reduce manual work.
- Shorten preparation time.
- Improve information availability.
- Reduce repetitive steps.
- Accelerate analysis.
- Make exceptions visible.
- Connect process stages.
JUDGMENT
What we do not do.
- Apply AI because it is fashionable.
- Automate a poorly defined process.
- Replace a system only because it is old.
- Present an isolated PoC as a final result.
- Promise to eliminate all human intervention.
NEXT STEP
Which part of the operation takes more manual work than it should?
