Assess
Understand the process, objective, friction, information, systems, constraints, exceptions, people involved, and the baseline when one exists.
Decide whether the right intervention is integration, automation, AI, an agent, a combination, or no AI at all.
Implement
Work on a concrete process: connect systems, automate tasks, structure information, apply AI, create agents, and define controls.
Exceptions and human review are part of the operating design when the context requires them.
Measure and improve
Compare before and after when possible: time, manual steps, behavior, exceptions, operational quality, and the defined result.
Use the evidence to adjust the intervention where appropriate.
